Kim Lemon has over 20 years of experience as a consultant, entrepreneur, HR business partner, and leader. She has helped leaders to master transition, own and implement their signature leadership presence, drive change, align vision with strategy, lead diverse management teams, and manage significant organizational change.
As a coach, Kim partners with executives. She acts as an effective sounding board and truth teller. Kim's extensive business experience is demonstrated by the pragmatic development action plans her clients create- aligning business needs and individual development to insure results that make sense for the organization and its leadership. As a consultant to organizations, Kim works with businesses to enhance their organizational performance at the team, functional and enterprise levels by aligning people, structure and culture. She provides thought leadership in the wake of large scale change necessitated by off-shoring, outsourcing, mergers and other business strategies. Over the course of her career she has helped leadership teams overcome the stress driven by rapid change and move forward with clearer intent and greater speed.
